Infrastructure
We establish sovereign data ownership for patients in a privacy preserving ecosystem. Based on our infrastructure, we empower patients and healthcare professionals for shared decision-making based on latest evidence and the patients’ health record, facilitating personalized healthcare at today’s cost. Our infrastructure sets a new standards for data management and consent management, based on the next generation of data privacy and sovereignty principles. Beyond DigiSanté’s vision.
Privacy by design
In our opinion trust, verification, and privacy are emerging as fundamental pillars - changing the way we perceive, interact with, and navigate through the digital world. Trust will take the centre stage in this new digital era, permeating beyond mere human interactions to include cryptographic mechanisms as enablers of verifiable and private interactions and transactions. Verification has become synonymous with accountability and transparency, providing the backbone for the trust that we place in the digital world. Privacy has come to the forefront as a vital pillar, with the escalating exchange of personal and sensitive information in the digital landscape. In the rise of the digital age, privacy is not just about maintaining confidentiality, but also about empowering individuals to gain control over their own data, executing agency in sovereign ways.Self-Sovereign Health Data Space
In the health data space, we place people at the center of control over their personal data. By applying cryptographic principles and methods, we ensure data security and sovereignty. We empower our users to give, deny or withdraw their consent for data sharing based on full transparency about the use of their data.movos acts as a personal data processor and provides users with a secure and trustworthy storage location for their health data. From a technical point of view, the data is anonymized using robust cryptographic methods and, where necessary, stored in encrypted form. They cannot be assigned to a user or read by movos, as the cryptographic keys required for this are stored with the users.
Consequently, any interaction with the system (e.g. data exchange with a doctor) requires the explicit permission of the user, which is only possible by using their own mobile phone. This ensures that the health data cannot be processed independently by movos for any purpose or passed on to third parties. Users thus become the sole agents of their own data.
